Terms & Conditions in General
We are responsible for all card processing and transactions..
Delivery times are approximate and may vary depending on how busy we are. Any delays will be noted on our delivery section and we advise you to check our delivery section before purchasing.
We CANNOT cancel any orders once payment has been made. If you wish to cancel you MUST return to us for a refund.
Student discount please email us before purchasing for a code.
All orders MUST be returned to us for a refund, we DO NOT arrange couriers to collect your order.
in the even of us being unable to process a refund for whatever reason, mainly being we only get 60 days to refund payments, we will ask you to open a case with paypal or with your bank to get the funds back.
DO NOT re use our postage stamp when placing returns, we do not offer free returns, any returns made to us using our postage stamp will occur a further 3.95 deducted from their refund.
Please allow a further 2-3 working days on some deliveries around our Christmas Period.
Any pending transactions from your bank will automatically get returned to you and may take 5 working days to clear. We do urge customers to not re try to order if your computer crashes or something goes wrong at checkout as this is what causes mutiple pending transacions with your bank and we are not responsablie for them.
There is currently a delay on the Caitlyn Camel Coats, and our tracksuits that are on sale at 15.00 by ourchasing you agree to these delays. Please see our delivery section for current delays.
Please ensure delivery address is correct we are not LIABLE ifyou provided the wrong address.

There may be a slight delay of a few days on items in our VIP COLLECTION
Occasionally due to miscommunication or late returns if an order was placed 60 days prior we sadly cannot refund you on our system, we would advise you to open a case with paypal or your bank and we can get you refunded that way in this rare instance.
We cannot cancel or refund orders once the order has gone through or sent out, if you require a refund you MUST return to us for a refund.
Refunds for late or loss parcles will only be given once 15 working days have passed.
Please DO NOT keep re trying to order if your card declines for soem reason, this will cause multiple payments geiing took from your account and it could take a week atleast to get them back.
Delivery times may vary by a few days, no refunds on postage will be made unless an order is more tha 5working days late on top of our estimated delivery times.

On some occasions items will go out of stock after you have placed an order. We will refund the out of stock order for you.
Please do not refuse delivery as you we will not refudn your postage costs.
If for any reason the website is down for technical errors we will not be made responsible or liable for this.
Any incorrect or faulty items MUST be returned to us first at your own expense, however these costs will be returned to you upon receiving the return.
We are not responsible for any links to other websites that may be on OMGfashion. We have no control over this .
Any undelivered/lost orders we will offer you a refund or for us to re send out the original order. Please note this is depending on stock. If we do not have it in stock or the specific item is discontinued we will refund you in full.
We will only issue a refund/replace any lost/undelivered orders after 15 working days has passed.
We are not liable to pay returns postage unless the item was damaged. (This will be issued via paypal or a credit note only)
We do not accept returns on items that have been worn or washed.(please check items for damges before wearing)
Once an order has been placed we CANNOT change your address, you are responsible to ensure your address is correct at the time you placed your order. We are not liable for any orders being sent to the wrong address.
Returns MUST be received back to us within 14 days for a refund/exchange.

Please use a safe tracked method when returning orders to us, we will not be liable for any lost orders.
Any incorrect/damaged orders received must be returned to us before we can process any refunds/exchanges ( Postage costs will be refunded)

By shopping with us online you agree to all our terms and returns/payment/shipping information.
We DO NOT deliver to PO box addreses. If you place an order with a PO box address it will get refused and your order will get sent back to us. We will deduct the delivery charges from you aswel as any custom charges that may of ccured. Do not place an order with a PO box address or you will be LIABLE for these charges.

Terms of Sale
When placing an order products are subject to availability, If out of stock you will be informed and refunded fully.
Dispatch times may vary by a few days.
Shade of colours may vary slightly but not dramatically this is due to the lighting took on our photos.
Credit notes are issued for item price ONLY. When used postage costs will still apply.
Please allow a further 2-3 working day delay in some cases around the Christmas Period.
If we agree to refund returns postage costs this can ONLY be done via a credit note or to a paypal balance.
Occasionaly technical issues will happen with orders that can result in multiple payments or pending transactions with your bank. If this happenes please be rest assured that the funds will not get debited and will automatically get returned to you within 5 working days.
We do not accept returns on SALE items or our £1.00 Clearance items.
If your order doesnt go through at checkout due to an error please DO NOT keep re trying. This will cause multiple pending transactions withyour bank. Which will then take upto 5 working days to clear back.
Discount codes cannot be used on sale items or clearance
Advertising pictures for products may vary, please always read the item description. If the picture is slightly differ to the product we wil state it.
In our £1.00 - £2.00 clearance sale it is strictly x1 item per transaction anymore ordered will be refunded and we will send you x1 item from your order at our discretion.
Any undelivered orders must be reported to us. We will agree to refund you or replace the item, pending stock. If we are unable to re send the original order we will process a full refund in full. Please note items are classed as lost after 15 working days

Will be offered out on social network sights and magazines the terms of them will be as they say where they are promoted. Discount codes are only for use on full price items and not exchanged for cash.
