UK STANDARD -  2-4 working  days  (This does not inc weekends or bank holidays) 

CURRENT DELAYS - We are havong slight delays on our Lace bodysuits and trouser sets please allow a additional 3 working days for delivery.

 

 

- There may be slight delays over any bank holiday weekends please take this into account when ordering over these days.

- All delivery times are approx times. 

- Orders CANNOT be canceled  or refunded  once completed and your order has been sent out.  if you wish to cancel your order you may return it to us for a refund upon receiving.

- Please ENSURE all details are correct before placing your order including your address. We will not be responsable for any orders being sent to the wrong address or going missing. 

- Occasionally delivereries can get lost in transit, only until 15 working days have passed will we class a parcel as lost. Once this time has passed we will offer a refund or replacement. 

- Only until 15 working days have passed we will class an order as lost, after this time you will be issued a refund or replacement sending out.

Please do not order with a PO box address if you do your order will get refused and sent back to us, you will be LIABLE for all postage costs and any custom charges that may apply.

Returns And Exchange Policy :

We DO NOT accept any returns for refunds. We only accept  returns for exchanges 

- You may return  your order to us within 14 days for a free exchange 

- Once exchange has been confirmed please allow 5-6 days (working) for despatch and delivery

- Your first exchange will be free for us to post out, after that any further exchanges will be £3.95

- Please check item(s) as soon as they arrive for damages. As faulty items MUST be returned within 14 days, and we must be notified within 48 hours of the faulty ietm via email,  any damages you notice out of this time cannot be returned. 

- Please use  SAFE TRACKED method when returning, we will not be responsable for any undelievred or lost post. 

- Return costs are always at your own expense. 

- We DO NOT accept any returns on any SALE or marked down items or swimwear. 

- We DO NOT accept returns on any orders that have been made with a credit note

- Free exchanges applies to x1 per customer, after one free exchange a credit note will be issued

- When you return an item you will be offered either an exchnage for size or a credit note to spend online minus postage costs.

- If you have received a incorrect order or faulty item then please see the steps below.

 

How do exchanges work ? - Once we have received your order back, please email us with the items you would like us to exchange for, we will then arramge your order and send within 5-6 days of confirmation. 

 

Received FAULTY or INCORRECT ITEM? -  Please check items for damages straight away. 

If you have received a faulty or incorrect item you MUST email us within 48 hours of receiving in order to gain refund. Once emailed has been rececived you must return to our address below and we will refund the order in full inc orginal postage costs or we will send a replacment out free of postage costs, however return costs are at your own expense if you request a refund however we will reimburse £2.50 postage if you choose to have a replacment sent out,
