UK STANDARD - 2-4 working - Delivery is approx 5-6 working days at the moment due to the Christmas rush
CURRENT DELAYS : Please expect DELAYS of approx 2-3 working days on ALL ORDERS. Please take this into account when ordering. Please allow atleast 6 working days for your order to arrive before contacting us. By purchasing with us you agree to these delays. No refunds on postage.
- Delivery times are approx and may vary, please keep an look out for delays if your order hasnt got to you within 15 working days please contact us.
- There may be slight delays over any bank holiday weekends and the Christmas run up please take this into account.
- Orders CANNOT be canceled or refunded once completed and your order has been sent out. if you wish to cancel your order you may return it to us for a refund upon receiving.
- Occasionally delivereries can get lost in transit, only until 15 working days have passed will we class a parcel as lost. Once thius time has passed we will offer a refund or replacement.
- NO REFUNDS given on postage costs if there is delays and we have noted these delays on this page. By ourchasing with us you agree to the delays.

- STRICTLY NO RETURNS ON ANY SALE/MARKED DOWN ITEMS - Any sale items that are returned to us will be issued a credit note for the item price only.
- When using a credit note please note the credit is for item prce ONLY. The credit does not cover postage costs and postage costs will still apply.
- Occasionally due to technical problems or your computer freezes during paying or your card declines yet you keep try to re order this can cause multiple pending transactions with your bank. Rest assured if this does happen we will not debit the funds and they will automatically get returned to you within 5 working days. We do urge customers if your order hasnt gone through the first time DO NOT try to re order please contact us.
Please do not order with a PO box address if you do your order will get refused and sent back to us, you will be LIABLE for all postage costs and any custom charges that may apply.

Returns And Exchange Policy :
- You may return any unwanted item back to us for a full refund of the item price only. EXCLUDING postage costs within 14 days of you receiving your item. This doesnt include any sale or marked down items, clearance items or swimear.
- We do not offer free returns please arrange your return and pop a note inside stating your iorder number or name
- Please note we do not acceot rerturns on any marked down or sale item.
- Any returns reeived back after our 14 day returns policy will be offered a credit note otherwise the order will be sent back to you.
- Please send your return back a SAFE TRACKED method. We advise everyone to send with a tracking/recorded number. This is for your benefit, we are not responsiable for any undelivered returns and you will be asked to claim with royal mail.
- STRICTLY no returns on any sale ior marked down tems or swimwear . Any sale items or swimwear that do get returned to us we will automatically issue a credit note for the item price ONLY. When you use the credit note postage costs will still apply.
- STRICTLY NO RETURNS on orders where a credit note has been used on the order. Any returns received where a credit note has been issued, the order will be arranged to be sent back to the buyer at a further postage cost.
- We DO NOT do FREE RETURNS. Do not re use our poastgae stamp to return to us as we will not be responsible for it if it gets lost
- Always KEEP your postage receipt this is for your benefit to claim back with royal mail incase of a lost return
- We are not responsible for any lost returns, the return is your responsabiltiy until it reaches us.
- We DO NOT OFFER FREE RETURNS or PRE PAID RETURNS. Please take your return to a post office and pay for your return and keep the receipt. DO NOT re use our postage stamp if you do re use our stamp and we dont receive the parcel this will be a loss to you and we are not liable.
- Please send back with your invoice or a note with details
- Refunds are for the item price ONLY
- Returns can take upto 10 working days to process depending on how busy we are.
- Credit notes are valid for 6 months
- Extened Christmas returns upto 21 days only on items purchased in December.
Received FAULTY or INCORRECT ITEM? -
Please return to us asap within the 14 days policy, you must pay for the return however upon receiving we will issue a refund for this charge via paypal or a credit note.
Want to exchnage ? -
You can exchange any item exc sale items, we can only exchange for the same item but can do a differernt colour or size. Simply follow the normal delivery steps as above and pop a note inside with details what you want etc.
